12:00 AM - 7:00 PM Marriott at River Cree, Enoch First Nation, Alberta

This unique program will give post secondary institutions the opportunity to attend focus groups, highlight their indigenous supports, learn from both students, peers and community traditional knowledge holders.

This unique program brings post secondary institutions, indigenous students and traditional knowledge keepers together to share learning and best practices. Instructors, administrators and indigenous representatives are invited to participate. Focus groups will discuss student barriers to success and best practices to improve outcomes, creating a cultural bridge between the learner and the instructor. Post secondary participants will also have the opportunity to highlight their on and off campus indigenous supports and outreach programs during the program and at an evening reception. This progam is offered by AFOA Alberta and the CPA Education Foundation. There is not cost to attend. Please see agenda and information below. A registration key is required - if you do not have the registration key, please contact Randa Wright at 403-734-5446 to provide you with the registration key.
