Indigenous Learners Gathering - Learners ( Mar 23, 2018 ~ Mar 25, 2018 )

This three-day program is a unique gathering of indigenous learners, post-secondary institution instructors and administrators to learn, share and understand collectively.

This program will combine lectures, focus groups and case studies to contextualize the learners' academic studies and to foster a supportive environment of peers and to provide tools to help ensure the sucess in their individual academic programs. Program themes include: individual resiliency developed through indigenous culture, understanding and addressing challenges through a multi-disciplinary approach and addressing social challenges through a management lens. This progam is open to all indigenous learners, full-time and part-time in post-secondary undergraduate (bachelor) or graduate degree programs. This includes the fields of arts, sciences, business, law, education and social work.
