Effective Change- People and Processes - The focus will be on understanding the essentials of managing change in your organization, including processes and people. A basic template will be developed to assist in the process and will help you understand the requirements to implement change successfully. The cost for members is $75.00, and the cost for non-members is $150.00. Sessions will be conducted at the AFOA AB Learning Center in Enoch, Alberta. The course starts at 9:00 am each day. Sessions include lunch.
