Conflict Management - Management Essentials - The focus will be on understanding the fundamentals of conflict management and developing tools and strategies to address these challenges. Topics include discussing lateral violence in the workplace and the means to address it effectively. The cost for members is $75.00, and the cost for non-members is $150.00. There is no cost for approved participants in the Management Essentials program. Sessions will be conducted at the AFOA AB Learning Center in Enoch, Alberta. The course starts at 9:00 am each day. Sessions include lunch.
